Interest List Privacy
How Your Email Is Used.
Effective October 18, 2026.
This notice concerns the Ascendence opening-notification list operated by Ward's Way Enterprises, LLC, using the trade name Daily₿read™.
What You Provide
The form requests your email address and permission to send an opening notification. The list also records when you requested and confirmed the notification and which consent wording you accepted. It does not request payment information or create a member account.
Why It Is Collected
Your address is used to confirm your request and notify you when Ascendence membership opens. Joining this list does not subscribe you to a general newsletter or start a trial.
Confirmation and Removal
Your email must be confirmed before it joins the notification list. A confirmation link expires after 24 hours. Unconfirmed requests are cleaned up after 30 days.
Use the removal link in your email to leave the list. Removal clears your email from the active list. A record without your email is kept temporarily to recognize repeated removal requests and is cleaned up after 30 days.
Confirmed addresses are used only for the opening notification and are removed from the opening list within 30 days after that notification is sent.
Service Providers
Vercel hosts the website, Cloudflare D1 stores the opening list, and Resend delivers confirmation and opening-notification emails. These providers process the information needed to provide their services.
The application runs in the United States. The database was created with an Eastern North America location preference; that preference is not a guarantee that all provider processing stays in one country. Information may be processed in other countries where these providers operate.
Automated cleanup runs daily. Cloudflare's database recovery history can retain earlier copies for up to seven additional days. Email delivery records and service logs are subject to the providers' retention practices.
Security and Site Preferences
Short-lived request counters help limit abuse. The application stores a keyed hash for these counters rather than your raw IP address. Hosting and email providers may also process technical information needed to operate and protect their services.
Your light or dark appearance choice is saved in your browser. The opening page does not use advertising trackers.
