This may look strange, but the taste is exquisite! This is an Avocado, Mint and Mango Mousse, which, when adding more water to the blender, makes a great smoothie too. Blending avocado with fruit such as mango, or banana, creates an unbelievably "creamy" mixture, which tastes like cream too! So for those of you who LOVE creamy desserts but don't like the "effects"... try this! I promise you will not be disappointed. The recipe incidentally is in the "Recipe" section on the site, so enjoy!

The best way to prepare a mango... Hold the mango upright, slice a thick piece away from the stone, "score" the flesh as shown, and turn the skin inside out! Simply cut away the pieces, and use in smoothies, all types of salads, salsas (see next photo), or quick homemade mousses to impress the family!

Avocado Mango Salsa - the nicest herbs to add are coriander, mint, lemon thyme, or of course basil too!

Muesli and fruit! At Bill's food truly is an "artform", as well as being fresh and healthy too. What more could a girl ask for?
