Tea for two at our DailyBread favourite Bill's in Lewes. My friends think me strange for taking this picture, but this tea was so beautifully presented - I simply had to capture it. I forget the name of the tea now, something to do with Love, perhaps Lucy-Ann can remember as one of those teacups was hers. Actually, the name DailyBread365 was first mooted at the Brighton branch of Bills. |
The same day at Bill's in Lewes. This broccoli quiche was my choice... |
Lucy-Ann opted for this salad. |
Anyone know what these are? They were about the size of a blackcurrant, maybe a teeny bit bigger. The leaves are long and thinnish. |
This is the same berry as in the last picture I think, but a different plant and the leaves on this one were a bit wider and a bit yellower. Any ideas what it is? |
This is badly out of focus, but hopefully its obvious it's the good old blackberry! |
This plant really stood out - the leaves look a bit like an 'acer' (hope I've spelt that right!) and the berries are bright red. Wonder what it is and if it's edible - anyone know? |
Rosehips. Again lots of these where I took this picture and the bright red 'berries' stand out a mile. |
