Q. I'm a Vegetarian. Are the recipes included in the Daily Bread eProgram suitable for my diet preference?A. Many of the recipes in the DB365 e-program are vegetarian, some vegan, and some "raw" too. Being very aware of many different personal food (and lifestyle) preferences amongst members, the recipes are to suit both meat/fish eaters (with several recipes containing good quality chicken and fish) and non-meat/fish eaters too. Many use a non-meat protein source such as beans & pulses, and some tofu dishes too. So... if you are veggie you'll be fine! Most recipes can be adapted too, to better meet your needs.
