I love the DAILY bit Lucy-Ann.  Many of us are pretty good at knowing 'what' to do it's the actual doing that is the problem.  Life takes over.  We snack, often unhealthily, rush around and before we know it the day has gone with no proper nutrition or exercise.  Am looking forward to getting back on track (again!) with you guys at Daily Bread 365.  Thanks.

Having had some very thorough 'basic' nutrition training with Lucy-Ann about 4/5 years ago I can safely say that even if you only use a little of what you learn here on Daily Bread 365 it will take you a very very long way - you are in the best hands here!

Working now as I have been for 3 years in the field of natural medicine alongside a number of health care professionals, I have only met a few with such conviction and genuine passion for health that seems to be ceaseless in so many ways. Continuity is key to good health and a holistic approach which is manageable for the individual - an essential ingredient to achieving optimum results for personal goals.

DB365 deserves every success and I am very happy to have knowledge of this remarkable site, not only for myself but for my clients too; who I know I will be referring to this community and who, likewise I am sure, will love getting stuck in.

Wow Zoe - not sure if Lucy-Ann has seen your wonderful comment yet, but I predict that it'll bring a tear to her eye. This project means the world to her so to hear such praise from you will rock her world!

Can we use your words on our testimonial page?

Can we link to your website or social media profile by way of a thank you?

Eeich - sorry about the multi-posting! Talk about gremlins in the machine or impatience! ;p

Of course please do use as a testimonial, if anyone knows me - that is reading they will know that I say it like it is. I care about my work and would never refer unless I was confident - I've been taught well (:

As for my web-site... I'll keep you posted.. Though it may be a little while - I'm not as fast as the Lucy-Ann - yet!

Bless you Zoe - what kind words indeed! Was it really 5 years ago that I taught you? Wow doesn't time rapidly dissolve - BUT, certainly not sat on your butt by the sounds of things! I do know you are in Sydney, Australia, which means we already have members in America, Europe, South Africa, and now "Down Under" - a truly global community, for which I am thrilled and excited about. I am looking forward to hearing or reading some of your thoughts, comments, experiences and observations regards health trends in Australia, and the natural health movement over there! It is great to have you onboard here Zoe, and I am wishing you lots of success and joy in your work too!
