"I've been using the DailyBread365 site since Lucy-Ann launched it in 2008 and whilst I'd like to think that my knowledge in nutrition is good... I learn more than just one new thing every time I read one of the "dailys". The information is fresh, up to date and very easy to take on board as well as apply to your daily routine.

Don't think that you are just subscribing for your "diet" - you'll be subscribing for your whole self! DailyBread365 is a truly holistic site giving you a very well thought out starting point to turn your lifestyle and eating habits around completely - if that's what you're after! You'll be guaranteed as much support as you need, endless inspiration and a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips.

Lucy-Ann will never leave a question unanswered and will always make you feel welcome to ask, discuss or debate! She has seemly unending time and energy for her clients and will a help you find solutions effortlessly."

"The best thing of all with DailyBread365 is you get support and education every day for a whole year. Having Lucy-Ann as your "daily" Nutritionist is a bit like having all your favourite Health/Fitness and Beauty magazine Editors all rolled into one, but this one really knows her stuff! The daily e-mails are always enlightening, interesting and informative. It's great stuff."

"I initially signed up to DailyBread365 after I saw you at a press workshop on nutrition, as part of a Running Inn weekend. Your belief and positivity impressed me at the time, though I did initially also think DailyBread365 would be most useful in getting content ideas! However, I’m also surprised at myself in still actively reading your site’s emails every day! I think that’s partly because the notes for each day are bite-sized and manageable, and it’s nice to get a motivating ‘reminder’, that helps keep me on track with my personal goals. It’s easy to want to eat better and more naturally, but it does become more practical when there’s a timely reminder about balancing carbs and proteins, or with interesting recipe ideas. I particularly like the fact that it’s not just focussed on food, but on positive thinking and mental well being. I’m still far from perfect – I still eat things I know I shouldn’t, but much less often; I try to remember things like healthy role models and the way I talk to myself. Getting the daily emails always makes a small, but valued difference to my day. Best wishes and I hope the site continues to keep growing!"

"For the first time in many years, I don’t feel I’m alone in the battle against candida, and I was tired of trying to treat what seemed to be a living nightmare of constant ailments, which varied from feeling exhausted to downright painful.  I was sceptical that anyone could help me because I thought I had tried it all! BUT after joining DailyBread365, and reading my "DailyBread" e-mails, I realised there was more to healing than a bottle of pills. Your advice, support and kindness has been invaluable, and I now have hope that I will, ( with your help), beat this condition, it’s been just 2 weeks since I started, and I already feel the best I have felt in years."

So a very big thank you,

"Hi Lucy-Ann,

I just wanted to tell you, I really enjoy my "daily bread" and I look forward to reading it each morning. I've tried some of the recipes and have become addicted to pumpkin and coconut soup! I find the breakfast mousses especially good if I'm training after breakfast and need something light but packed with the right nutrients. However by far my favourite part is "Soul Food" which gives my brain food for thought. I often tab down at the start of the week, as I'm too impatient to wait!"

Kind regards

"The DailyBread365 experience has been very interesting and rewarding for me.  We know from the media what the right “general” approach is, so when you ask yourself, “Is it beneficial to join an advisory that can guide on the detail of healthy nutrition, whist still trying to get to grips with the general approach?  My experience has been largely that a change in eating habits is a much greater challenge than one imagines… perhaps, almost akin to giving up cigarettes for the heavy smoker?  It’s not just the habit, not just a degree of ‘addiction’ to the wrong type of foods; it’s the fact that it’s really a major change in lifestyle. To do this alone is tricky, so it’s far better to do it with an experienced guide.  The rewards are certainly there in terms of energy and weight loss, but having DailyBread alongside stops one straying and gives all the encouragement to make the journey."

"Just to let you know, I managed today to resist eating junk food today! Instead I have the vision in my head of how I want to look, and I managed to make my own healthy version of a chicken wrap at home. So I am already changing the way that I make my food decisions. I am finding the daily e-mails very helpful. Many thanks."

"When I embarked on DailyBread365, I did not expect it to have such varied and interesting content. I find Lucy-Ann's explanations of what is quite technical stuff at times to be easy to understand, and, more importantly, easy to put into practice. The recipes are interesting and varied. Provided I carry out her instructions, I know this is going to be of huge benefit. I can already feel a difference, including a gradual loss of weight without feeling hungry. I am sure there are many others who are enjoying, and benefiting from this marvellous course too, and I am definitely one of them!"

"I can't thank you enough for all you have done for me in such a short space of time. You have bought about life-enhancing changes and I am so much more positive as a result. I am so grateful for your sound advice, not to mention your systematic and effective approach. You also explain everything so clearly, which is a stark contrast to what I am used to. What a blessing that I found you! I really do feel for the first time I am in the process of turning the corner - thanks to you. Many thanks."

" 'Ups and Downs', 'highs and lows' are now a thing of the past. My appetite is steady, my weight stable, my sleeping sound and I don't feel as if I am going crazy! I am well, strong, re-energised and very, very happy - you are wonderful. Thank you!"

Sarah Johnson, UK

"Thank you so much for your daily "inspirations". You are an inspiration all by yourself quite apart from all the other excellent advice and invaluable reminders! I always feel so heartened and positive after I've read my "Daily Bread"! Thanks a million."

I had to put "pen to paper" to let you know what is happening; I have lost 35lbs to date. The most exciting aspect though is my asthma... just 4 weeks ago, I would still need to use my inhaler regularly when walking, and my chest would get very stressed, even small inclines were like mountains. It now seems that overnight, my asthma has improved dramatically, I’m hardly using my inhaler at the moment, each lunchtime I go for a walk, and I am walking quickly. My legs feel strong and my lungs feel calm; any over exertion doesn’t cause the pain and discomfort I have grown accustomed to over the years. This is a real breakthrough and can only be down to my diet. I am so happy. Thank you Lucy-Ann for your continued help and encouragement."

"This program is written for the individual - anyone... no matter what their situation, will find something that resonates with them, whether a middle-aged man or woman wanting to improve their health, or lose weight, or even an athlete wanting to maximise training gains through diet. Giving you knowledge, inspiration to feed your soul, as well as your body, and practical steps each week, very few books in nutrition cover all these aspects in one simple text. Lucy-Ann's passion for nutrition and her being a self confessed 'foodie' allows this book to propose adopting a way of life and not a fad diet. Changing your approach to diet can seem like an overwhelming task - but in DailyBread365, Lucy-Ann takes you through the process, chunking it into smaller understandable and manageable, dare I say "bite size" pieces! Whereas traditional recipe books, packed with great ideas, often stay on the kitchen shelf, DailyBread365 helps you increase your repertoire of meal ideas by a couple of fresh ideas per week. And, you can be confident they are built on healthy eating principles as well as tasting fantastic! As a sport scientist working with athletes, one of my favourite features is that it promotes living 'consciously' - being aware of why, when and what we eat. Without this step, it’s almost impossible to keep in mind choices we make in order to move toward our bigger goal. DailyBread365 is the closest you will get to having a nutritionist living in your kitchen for a year."
